Few things slow an office down like a jammed printer. The good news: most jams come down to paper quality and handling, both of which are easy to control.
Precision cutting and dust
Cheap paper sheds dust and has ragged edges that misfeed. Precision-cut, dust-free reams — like those we manufacture — feed cleanly even at high speed.
Moisture is the hidden culprit
Paper absorbs humidity, which causes curling and multi-sheet pickups. Store reams flat, sealed, and away from damp until you need them.
Brightness and opacity
Higher brightness sharpens text and images; higher opacity prevents show-through on double-sided jobs. Both come from better pulp and coating.
Match paper to the machine
Use the right GSM for your device and job. Very light stock can jam high-speed laser printers; very heavy stock needs the correct tray setting.
